Equipment Return Not Acknowledged
I returned three pieces of unused equipment several months ago. One of the pieces is confirmed to have been returned, but the other two have not. As a result, I continue to be charged for those two pieces. What steps must I take to get those last two pieces of unused equipment confirmed returned and to stop getting charged?
