Error

So sick of getting this error, fix your app and hire people that know what's going on and how to do their jobs. WHEN IS TH E APP GOING TO GET FIXED SO I CAN PAY MY BILL EARLY!! IF IT'S NOT FIXED BY NOV 5TH I WILL CANCEL AND GET A BETTER COMPANY!

@Lord-Ductape Thank you for reaching out so we can help you process a payment through the Xfinity app. I know it can be a hassle to run into road blocks when you're trying to get all your monthly bills paid and I apologize for the frustration this has caused. Please uninstall the app and reinstall it. Does that resolve the error you're seeing? 

 

You can also find instructions to make a payment through our Xfinity website. Please clear cache and cookies in your browser before using the link to make a payment. That should avoid any potential errors that might get in your way :).
