Everything [Edited]
I received a bill for mobile service that shouldn’t be charged.
I changed my mobile service provider when I moved to my current address, from Mint to Xfinity.
I changed providers because the agent offered me a free 1-year mobile bundle that comes with the internet service (it was Sept 16th).
But I found that I was charged for the mobile service, which should be free, and no agent I have contacted over the last month could solve the problem.
I was transferred from the Internet team to the Mobile team, because they couldn’t see my mobile bill, and the Mobile team transferred me to the Internet team, saying they have no information about the internet plans that include the bundle promotion. This happened more than ten times, and I am sick of wasting my time with agents who have no information or authority to solve this problem. I am sick of agents who are only interested in selling products and services but have no interest in my problem.
Everything is ridiculous, and I can’t even cancel my autopay for the mobile billing.
I no longer have any trust in your service or system.
Please contact me ASAP, remove the incorrect charges from my bill, or just cancel my mobile plan (of course with no charge).
I will never recommend Xfinity to anyone [Edited: "Inflammatory"]
Respond to me ASAP.
