Existing customer – promotion ending and bill increasing from $51 to ~$90
Hi, I’ve been an Xfinity Internet customer since 2024 and would prefer to stay with Xfinity, but my pricing has continued to increase as promotions expire.
I paid around $35/month through most of 2025, and since December 2025 I’ve been paying about $51/month for 300 Mbps. I’m currently paying $51.47/month, but I was recently told that once my current loyalty promotion expires, my bill could increase to around $90/month.
I checked the plans available while logged into my account, but the replacement options are significantly more expensive. We are only a two-person household and 300 Mbps is already more than enough for us.
Could the Digital Care team please review my account for any existing-customer promotions, loyalty/retention offers, repackage options, or multi-year price guarantees?
I’m only looking for internet service and don’t need higher speeds, TV, or other add-ons. I’d really prefer to stay with Xfinity if there is a reasonable option available.
Thank you!

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
