Expired Refund Debit Card

Hi Xfinity,

I recently tried to use my refund card but realized it is not expired. I tried to use the xfinityrefunds.com to ask for a reissue, but seems like it's not possible online.

Is it possible someone can help me to get this reissued? T

user_ossufb To get a replacement for your expired Xfinity refund card, you should call the Xfinity Promotion Center team immediately at 1-877-227-0956 to report the expired card and request a replacement. If you need to request a replacement card for a prepaid card that hasn't been used, you can do so up to five years after the card's expiration date. Remember that any monthly maintenance fees assessed against the card account can be reversed prior to card reissuance.
