False Charges on Closed Account
I have been getting charged for an account that I closed back in 2022. I have a cancel confirmation email from 2022, and I have been getting charged on my credit card, unknowingly, since 2022. I have raised this concern multiple times, with multiple xfinity employees, and still no luck. I have them cancel the account over and over, and I still receive a charge each month. I have disputed it with my bank, and I still received a charge this month. Now, on my account, I have a balance owed of $400+! Xfinity, what is the deal? Xfinity owes me over $2000 in false charges since 2022, and I have every invoice and cancellation email to prove it. I suppose the next step is the contact a lawyer?
