False Payment Arrangement

Not sure what to do here...I spoke via the chat with a rep yesterday and got an extension on my bill for 5 days until I am paid. They also put in a new order for a cheaper plan for me they found. I have it all transcribed that I should have the extension and the new price. I woke up this morning with my internet off. The online chat support keeps sending the same disconnection notice and wont let me select any options at all, let alone talk to a person. I tried calling and it says "we are sending you a link to the AI assistant" and it hangs up. WHY CANT I TALK TO ANYONE?! I work from home for a medical company and I need to have my internet access. How do I talk to someone and get this fixed?
