Filing FCC Complaint for unethical and deceptive practices
I was lied to about military discounts and perks as an incentive to stay with Xfinity. I was billed well over the monthly amount owed and was told it was because I owe for a partial payment in which I have never had an option for partial payment. After being lied to and encouraged to pay bill to access perks and then being told I owe well over the contractual agreement between several supervisors. I am forced to look at other service providers. Anyone else have similar issues
