Flexible payment options

I get the link in my text messages for the flexible payment options. But it doesn't show up on the app and I don't know where to go.

Hello, @user_j119r7! The easiest way to manage your payment options is through the Xfinity Assistant. You can set up a payment arrangement as well as payment plan if eligible there.

Does not let me set up anything or options it says i can't speak to nobody unless I pay the past due balance

@user_j119r7, let's take a look then. Please, send a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address. Please, keep in mind that we cannot set up a payment arrangement for you, we can only check your eligibility.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

•Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page) or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

•Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

•Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

•Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

•Press Enter to send your message
