On the Xfinity Mobile Website
Sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account. Navigate to Settings > Payment Method > Update Card. For your security, you’ll be asked to confirm your identity by entering a six-digit code sent to your trusted contact method. After updating your card details, click Save.
Using the Xfinity App
Open the Xfinity app on your phone. Tap the Account tab in the lower-right corner. Select the Xfinity Mobile Billing Card, then choose Bill Details. Tap Autopay Method. Confirm your identity by entering the six-digit code sent to your trusted contact method. Update your card details and select Save.
