Frustrated!
My bill went up $35 at one location and $29 at my second location without notice. I'm moving to AT&T or T-Mobile. I can't take it anyone!! One location the tenant is 91 and has two television in a extra small house, this is insane. When I call the automation system it says I can't speak to a representative I have to go online. That's the last straw for me!!!

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good Morning, @user_xjqh02 I completely understand your frustration, and I'm truly sorry for the stress this has caused. Seeing your bill increase by $35 at one location and $29 at another, especially for a 91-year-old tenant who only has two TVs in a very small home, would be incredibly concerning. I can appreciate why this feels unreasonable. I also understand how frustrating it is when you're trying to get answers and can't easily reach a representative. When you've been a customer and need help, you deserve clear communication and the opportunity to speak with someone about your concerns. I don't blame you for looking at other providers after this experience. Before making a final decision, I'd be happy to review the accounts and see exactly what caused the increases, whether any promotions recently expired, and if there are any options available to help lower the monthly costs. Let's take a look together and see if we can find a solution that better fits your needs. ❤️ Can you please send me a DM with your full first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you further.
