@splurce I’m sorry to hear of your experience. I was able to locate your direct message and we provided the current deals we have for Gigabit speeds. My apologies as we do not have any current offers for $60 per month for existing customers at this time. Our Xfinity App is free to download and is a great resource to check promotions. Our deals often change, and you can always check the app for new promotions.
