Gigabit x2 Data Cap Billing Error- Seeking Escalation for Wrongful Overcharges

I need an administrative billing review regarding a severe backend data cap glitch. I am on a contract- locked gigabit x 2 (2000mbps) plan. By design, Xfinity’s 2 Gig tiers are uncapped, unlimited profiles. However, my account was trapped in a legacy billing code error that incorrectly applied a 1.2 TB data cap to my line, resulting in $270 in wrongful overcharge penalties ($100 in Oct, $50 Sept, $60 in July, and $60 in May).

Furthermore, my online customer portal was glitched and entirely hid the ‘xFi Complete’ add-on option, making it impossible for me to self-correct this issue. A phone agent acknowledged the overcharge and moved me to a modern tier today, but was only able to authorize a partial $60 credit due to front-line system limits. I am requesting a corporate digital care agent to review my 2026 statements and issue an adjustment credit for the remaining $210.00 balance.

An Xfinity chat agent just refused to refund the remaining $210.00 in overage penalties caused directly by an internal Xfinity website glitch that hid the xFi Complete options from my account dashboard:

Since your digital care team is refusing to take accountability for a verified interface software failure, I am escalating this formal complaint directly to the Corporate Executive Escalation Team and filing a case with the FCC for unfair billing practices.
