Go billed for a $0 mobile plan
Could have sworn I signed up for the $0 a month mobile phone plan promotion because I have Xfinity home internet, but I just got a bill for $29.75. Why am I being charged?

Hello user_cajne8 , The normal mobile cost is $40/mo for the first line. With the free line promotion you will have a $25 one time activation fee. Then roughly $4 in taxes sounds about right. If you'd like us to double check then send a direct message with your full name and the service address and we will check the bill.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
