help with bill payment

I received an email from Xfinity saying my bill was overdue. This bill is on autopay and the bank has verified payment. How can I get you to update/correct my account?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_e3i7z4, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out. I can completely undersand the concern with getting an email saying it's overdue when on autopayments. Youv'e knocked on the right door in virtual land. Our team of experts is happy to assist with billing concerns such as this over social media. We can help.

To get started, please send us a direct message with your first/last name and full address so we can ensure we pull up the correct account. @XfinityGabriel No, because there is no direct message link on the Facebook Comcast Xfinity Customer Service and Support discussion page. Is there anything else I can do?
