Help with lowering my bill

Hello, ive been looking at my bill for internet service and realized it’s been the same plan since 2019 and has gotten too expensive. I would appreciate discussing available promotions with someone to lower the cost as ive been a customer since 1997 and don’t want to start looking elsewhere
