They told me that I would receive a gift card worth $300. This was in April when I opened the account with them and they still haven't sent me anything about the gift card.

user_plpaaq Thank you so much for stopping in for help with your Gift card offer. All gift card offers we would use our incentive tracker to see when you would expect offers or if they have been fulfilled already. Have you already checked the Xfinity incentive tracker?
