Helpdesk Order Pending

I need my order to be pushed through. The Xfinity app said I would have to call the worklist helpdesk but no number is leading me to an actual human.

Hope you are having a great morning! What is the order being placed for? Is this connected to Xfinity home phone service? The reason I ask, is there is a 24-hour processing window for phone orders due phone number activation within the e911 database. Excited to help you with getting this finalized.
