Horrible AI service. Horrible live chat service

You make to resolve issues with your never-ending worthless AI service which ultimately connect you with a live agent which ultimately disconnects you places you back in queue connects you and the circle goes on and on. You are unable to provide any service and this is not the first time I've done this I've scheduled an appointment at your local office and now I'm wasting my time to go there and talk face-to-face with the human being. You gotta improve your AI and chat service if you're so <Edited: Language> cheap you won't pay to have your customers helped
