@user_cobco6 Thanks for adding a post. If services are paused due to non payment, you can request a payment arrangement to continue service without a payment. If services are stopped due to further non payments during a promise to pay, then the entire delinquent balance needs to be paid to restore service. Follow the steps here to post an arrangement, or pay the full past due balance https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement.
