How do I cancel a pending order for a "gift" ipad?

Today I talked to an Xfinity agent to look for ways to reduce my service costs.  She found a lower cost TV plan and told me she would include a gift of a free ipad because I am a long-time customer.  I realize now after authorizing two separate orders (one for TV, phone, and internet; and the other for the ipad) that I would actually would be paying for the ipad and possibly a mobile account monthly.  I realized this after thinking about why she needed my SSN and DOB for the ipad order.  I want to cancel the ipad order before it ships and I may to pay a restocking fee.  How do I cancel the ipad order?  Thank you.

We are unable to cancel an order once processed. Once you get the iPad you can use the link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returns-and-exchanges to start a return @user_vonn2u
