How do I get you to stop charging my credit card fraudulently

For six months you were charging me for a phone I do not own and as of this morning, you’ve charged my credit card over $662. I have reported you to the FCC I filed a complaint officially today who do I talk to in order to get that charge taken off my credit card and if you don’t, I will also close out my Xfinity Internet, Wi-Fi and TV. Trust me it will happen.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
