How to cancel agreement for ipad

I feel I was mislead yesterday when I signed up for a "free" ipad to lower my internet bill.  Now I have a mobile phone bill.

The ipad is due to be delivered today, do I refuse delivery?

How can I get this agreement cancelled.

Thanks, Bill

Hey there, @user_te0uc6. To get an Xfinity Mobile order canceled, you'll want to reach out to the experts in our Xfinity Mobile department via any of the following methods:• SMS Text Message: 1 (888) 936-4968• Phone: 1 (888) 936-4968• Chat

But the only reason there is now a Xfinity mobile order is because of changes to my internet plan.  If I contact Xfinity Mobile I am guessing they will just refer me to the original agreement that was to the internet service.

Do you agree?

user_te0uc6 Great question. We understand your concern regarding the Xfinity Mobile order. While Xfinity Residential Services and Xfinity Mobile are billed and managed separately, it’s important to clarify that any changes to your internet plan do not automatically require the addition of a mobile order unless explicitly agreed upon. You can remove the iPad, however you will no longer recieve the discounts towards your internet bill.

I accept that.  How do I remove the ipad and associated changes and charges to my account?

I have talked with them and think I have gotten the ipad cancelled and my original contract restored.

I will update this post in a few days when I am confident that has occured.

Thanks, Bill
