How to file formal complaint to corporate and fcc and bbb
In chat I asked for an extension on past due amount and was told fine successfully applied. The next day my service is interrupted and after calling and waiting 2 hours no one was willing to help. Just said sorry but we can't do anything I escalated once and was told he wasn't gonna honor the agreement even though I have screen shots then refused to escalate it to another manager until I asked him if on a recorded line he wanted to say that he was the highest manager atheist 5 times he finally said I'll switch you to another manager higher. And that manager refused to help saying that even if they lied the arrangement wouldn't be honored. So now I have no service and gonna have fees. Then when I asked for an email to make a complaint Saud they don't have one and kept saying I was misinformed instead of blatantly lied to. And unless I pay I can't do anything about complaint or speak to someone online. And also was told can only my a complaint through written letter.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
