To add your bank account in the Xfinity app, log in and tap the account tab, go to bill settings-payment methods, then select add payment method, choose new bank account and enter your details (name, account number, routing number) confirming your identity with a code sent to your trusted contact method to save. You'll need your bank's routing and account numbers handy.-Richard
