i am beeing over charged

Hi,
I took out a new service on april 14th 2025.

my estimated monthly bill is stated @ $96.35
but i just noticed i have been charged $120.75 a month.

I checked my confirmed service order and the current statement an noticed there is a  add on on the current statement that is not on the order.

xFi complete for $25.

I did not agree to this or ever ask for this. Nor do i want this or even know what it is.

Could someone please take this of my bill/service contract.

and reimburse me for the months i overpaid.

Thanks

Hello, @user_32z6w1! Thank you for coming to our community forum and posting about your billing concerns. Our team is more than happy to help :) First, please review our xFi Complete FAQs, here. Then, may I ask if you've attempted to downgrade to the modem-only by either using our Plan Builder, visiting the Xfinity Deals site, or by logging in to My Account to manage your services?
