@user_g5um40 You're in the right place for a resolution.

To get started I have a few questions to ask.

Are you seeing multiple charges for your account?

Did you happen to set up multiple pay arrangements?

When you review your bill are you seeing duplicate billing dates?

I have a link that goes over your bill details line by line https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/new-bill-design

Our normal Xfinity internet connection and one phone line works fine.

When rearranging the internet subscription a second payment credit card payment line was established but it should not be used.

Inititally one credit card payment was processed:

It was later reversed with a refund:

Now, a new credit card payment has been processed:

This last payment should be reversed with refund and no further crediyt card payments should be processed.

Can you solve that?
