I canceled my Streaming Bundle in Sept 2026 but was still charged for October 2026

I canceled my Streaming Bundle in Sept 2026  but was still charged for October 2026. I can't figure out how to cancel the bundle and also not be prompted to select a bundle to pay for. Please help me cancel this and make it automatically not deduct from my debit card.
