I cancelled my service and returned the equipment on 18th August and was still charged on due date 27th Agust

Hello, 
I cancelled my service and returned the equipment in person at the store on 18th August. And I was told that I will get the remaining month refund. Yet, I was charged the full price of $73 on August 27th.  

I have attached the receipt below for reference. 

1. I want to know when will I get the refund for returning/cancelling the device earlier?

2. Is my service truly cancelled? I don't want to get charged for next month.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
