I can't view my bill!
I am trying to view my statement - it spins about 5 minutes and then I get logged out. I have been trying for like 30 minutes today. This happens a lot. Some days a miracle happens and I can actually get to the statement.
For the amount of money you charge for your services, why is your website SO BAD?
You have a monopoly in my area so if I want high speed internet, I have no other choice.
Please help me view my statement!!!!

Thank you for reaching out to us here @Xnera. Are you running into that issue with your statement on your Xfinity app as well as the Xfinity.com/myaccount site?
