Hi there, @user_pbyar2 Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out! To update your banking information on the Xfinity app, log in to the app, navigate to the Account tab, then select bill details and bill settings. From there, choose Payment methods and select Add Payment Method or Edit the existing one, then follow the promotes to enter  your new bank account details.-Richard
