I need to cancel my service and speak to a real agent not a machine
I need to cancel my service. I am receiving advance charges for an amount that was not agreed upon. It says that my account is overdue and I paid 3 days ago. I am punctual with my payments and yet I still have a debt of $133 and I don't know what it is for. I need you to please contact a real agent. Apparently all the reviews have the same problem. It's time for you to take action on the matter.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
