I returned xfinity cable boxes but equipment is still on my bill for rental charges

 On Jan 12th, 2025 I returned 4 Xfinity cable boxes via UPS which I paid  UPS for doing.  UPS delivered the Boxes to Xfinity on Jan 14th at 10.06 a.m. to Xfinity Return Dock Doors [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Xfinity Comcast has not removed the Boxes from my Account and I am still being charged a monthly fee for the boxes. [Edited: "Personal Information"]. PLEASE HELP. THANKS, EDWARD R
