I set a payment arrangement

I just set a payment arrangement but my internet is still suspended. Usually after the arrangement it reboots. It’s not a scheduled payment but an arrangement.

@user_htmayr Thank you for doing everything you can to stay on top of your bill. I would be more than happy to review your account to see why your services haven't reactivated. It can take up to an hour after setting up the payment arrangement. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
