I want to challenge a charge on my current Xfinity Billing Statement

I have been charged for an In Home Service Visit that should NOT have been charged since the issue was caused by Xfinity

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi ThomasB

Sorry, was working on some projects and didn't see your message until this morning.

Here is a Readers Digest version: My dispute of the original charge for an In-House Visit was that the visit NOT necessary because of anything I had done but because the Xfinity equipment was not working correctly due to "low signal" from Xfinity (as the Xfinity tech who came to the house stated). The tech had to make adjustments and replace some equipment. Also, the tech stated that someone from Xfinity would come out to do something with the line to our house to provide the required signal strength for the Xfinity equipment.
