I was billed and autopay-ed a charge well after I had already cancelled my service.

I cancelled my service during my move-out on 8/7. I was then charged on 8/26 for service period 8/6 to 9/5, which is nonsensical since I terminated my service before that. I should receive a refund. Note that the amount charged was a for a higher cost plan too, which I had never used. When can I expect a refund?
