I was charged tripple
I noticed a couple of months ago, Xfnity wanted to charge me $100 more of going over my Internet data. Since I live alone, play video games and watch streaming services, I'm not sure how I'm going over the 1TB. I called and they offered a new plan that allows me unlimited data for $115. This seemed a bit suspicious since I'm already paying $157 a month for 1TB. There were no hidden fees or extra charge, just a straight plan for the next 2 years that charged me $115. Two months later, today I get charged $329.58. This has to be an error on their end because that's nearly tripple the plan I'm using. This is why I'm skeptical with Auto payments which from now I'm going to disable and not allow them to over charge me. Has anyone experienced this and how can this be fixed. I don't owe them $329.58. Also, they charge me for Mobile. I don't have mobile services with them.
