I would like to cancel my plan and see if I could get a refund for services I haven’t used
Hi I started a plan with you all today under the hopes of being able to finance a new phone.How ever I was not told till after I already paid 125$ to start the plan that I would not be able to finance anything.if I could cancel the plan and get a refund that would be nice if not I totally understand.i haven’t received anything because my appointment for my technician isn’t till next Saturday
I am unaware of how this works so I will leave my name and email address and phone number below

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
