I would like to talk to real person no AI or robot
Hello i treid to make a call or chat through customer servcies but i alwyas stuck in robot or ai. I was not able to chat or call with real people.
I am having problem right now. Originally my bill was $50 but now it is $100. What is going on and how can i bring this back? i would like to discuss (call or chat or email) with real person no ai or robot.

As a customer myself I'm always concerned with changes to my bill, this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill has great information on how you can review your billing statements to see what changes may have occurred with your billing such as promotional rates expiring or possible rate increases for the New Year. You can view your last 12 to 24 months of billing statements so you can always compare the last two or three to see what changes may have occurred
