I'm getting charged $14 a month for a box I don't have
I've been using Tivos with cable cards for years and years. I just noticed I've been getting charged $14 a month for TV Box + Remote. I don't have an Xfinity box and I can't even remember the last time I had one. I need this removed.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send
