I’m no longer a customer

Greetings i’ve been with At&T and direct tv for a month . I am no longer a c finity customer, can my account be closed please and discontinue the billing? I also was told that a scheduled pickup was in place for the returned equipment. No one has shown up yet or called . Thank you  LS

Hello @user_99yo4k We can certainly help with any disconnect requests or check for pending ones. In terms of the equipment returns. We work with UPS for those. So any scheduled pickups are typically coordinated through them. The details of that process can be found in the article below as well as other return options.

Thank you for responding I just saw this come up today in my email. To answer you ,  Yes,  I did disconnect and had it reaffirmed on June 22nd through another xfinity rep which i have a copied transcript from our conversation. 

Again there was no follow through from xfinity.  So today’s date ,’July 20th’, I was finally able to get connected to a live agent after 2 hrs of phone transfer hopscotch. At this particular time the spokesperson assured me that I would be credited for the early payment and explained to me where to go to download a link with code for equipment returns .
