Impossible to cancel my services

I've been trying to cancel all services. However, I have never been able to do so. The account is still active, and t I am still being billed for the whole month. Every time I contacted them they said the service is still active and they told me that they have canceled all services in the end. I confirmed that the bill is $47.5 multiple times in the chat, and they said yes. However, the bill has never been updated.

Our Digital Care Team is the best at reviewing and resolving issues as quickly as possible, and it would be my pleasure to help however I can! Since we do bill in advance, and disconnect orders may take several days to complete even when billing stops sooner, it's possible that the latest statement generated while the work order was still in an open status. This could lead to the impression that you owe more than you do, but we can always double-check for you! Could you please send our team a direct message to continue?
