Impossible to cancel my services
I've been trying to cancel all services. However, I have never been able to do so. The account is still active, and t I am still being billed for the whole month. Every time I contacted them they said the service is still active and they told me that they have canceled all services in the end. I confirmed that the bill is $47.5 multiple times in the chat, and they said yes. However, the bill has never been updated.

Since we do bill in advance, and disconnect orders may take several days to complete even when billing stops sooner, it's possible that the latest statement generated while the work order was still in an open status.
