Improper collections

An old account that was closed was sent to collections wrongfully and now it says I owe 35$. I want this removed and the address ans accounts associated with 250 s main st closed

I have the same thing happening for $534 and I have no idea what it is. I got a credit report alert today for 102 point drop. Hve you had any luck with getting yours reconciled?
