incorrect billing

i keep getting repeatedly charged incorrectly for my bill. i've had to contact xfinity for months. you can see the logs. 

recently the latest excuse for the bill increase was that 'my contract ran out' so they raised the price. my bill for internet went from 35 a month (which took a LOT OF wrestling - had to online chat with several agents repeatedly) to now a total of 57.  how does a bill go from 35 to 57.  THEN they said a credit for 10 dollars for paperless and 12 dollar discount for reoccuring payment. so now my new bill is 45. i bet it won't even stay at 45. i bet next month i will have to ONLINE CHAT and hold forever when i'm supposed to be in meetings for work. it's madness. i'm at my wits end. there's not another internet company. this is like ticketmaster with its monopoly and please someone just invent a new internet where you pay the same amount and they don't go in and change the numbers every [Edited: "Language"] month.
