Increase in billing without any warning or explanation

Hello, I just noticed that my bill increased from 65 to 75 last month and it suddenly jumped to 129.71. I can dismiss the 75 payment but I would like an immediate refund for 129.71. I just made the payment but the payment is for July and it is not due till July. The xfinity customer service was of no help and I would like an explanation to why there was no prior warning to change in the bill and an immediate refund please.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
