Increase in internet rate

The promotional rate on my internet recently ended causing the rate to increase from $35 to $94 per month. I’d like assistance finding a more reasonable rate. Thanks.

Hello user_dgg73j  have you had a chance to check out our Xfinity Plan Builder?  Any new promotions you find can be signed up for quick and easy online!

It appears there are no options for internet only. To receive a lower rate you’re required to add a mobile line and I’m interested in doing that.

user_dgg73j We do want to encourage those self-service options as they are really convenient.  Am I understanding that you'd like to add a Mobile line also, or was that a typo?
