Increase of 7.5% for the same garbage service?!?

I've been trying for MULTIPLE years to try to cut my Concast bill and it never seems possible. Dopey service reps almost suggest adding this or that. I want to get rid of the utterly useless phone line, but again, the dopey service reps say that doing so will increase your bill.  WTF?!?!? How can deleting a service cost me more.  Straight up bunch of criminals.  Beyond the end of my rope, will need to cancel useless phone service and switch internet to newly installed GloFiber in our area.

Also, why does a cable and internet provider have such a pathetic website that's virtually impossible to make changes on?  Oh, I know, they want you to call and speak to the dopey, shyster service reps.
