Increase of 7.5% for the same questionable service?!? [Edited]

I've been trying for MULTIPLE years to try to cut my [Edited: "Inflammatory"] bill and it never seems possible. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] reps almost suggest adding this or that. I want to get rid of the utterly useless phone line, but again, the [Edited: "Inflammatory"] service reps say that doing so will increase your bill.  [Edited: Language] How can deleting a service cost me more.  [Edited: "Inflammatory"]  Beyond the end of my rope, will need to cancel useless phone service and switch internet to newly installed GloFiber in our area.

@Cammby Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team. Having your service meet the needs your household, and budget is extremely important these days. I'd be happy to do an account review to see what options are available. To get started, can you please send a Direct Message with your name and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
