Installation fee waived

During singing up, I got a promise for installation fee waiving after switching a service provider. In the 2nd month, I got the bill with installation fee. I am not sure how to get that fee to be removed.

I see that you reached out because you were promised the installation fee would be waived after switching providers but got billed with the installation fee.   • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
