Installment plan
Hi,
I just recently paid for an installment plan that was supposed to restore my services it did not and im wondering what occurred. I reached out to the chat team (i have the transcript attached) and they told me to call the number 1-800-934-6489. I did and it immidately said to ensure the security of my account despite knowing the number i'm calling from directly tied to my account to login and speak with the chat team. So I"m in a big circle, so I need some asssitance please.

In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
