Installment plan/internet

Hi I'm having a reaccuring issue with my internet being disconnected even though I'm in an installment plan. I entered in to in February. Despite this, I have to keep contacting customer service to get my internet reconnected. I just made a other payment today but despite this, the agent is now saying that I'm not enrolled in an installment plan after I just payed. I need my service. I can't get ahold of anyone now that it's disconnected. I need help with this. Thank you.

user_pkhnxl My team can look into your payment/account concerns today.  To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
